made a vegan orange chicken bowl with some broccolini, bell pepper, and onions over brown rice. that new vegan orange chicken is pretty good from Trader Joe’s. and simple. i just need a little more veg in my life, always. Dessert was a homemade fresh peach tart, my mom’s recipe, veganized. might be better than hers. shh, don’t tell her…also had a scoop of Trader Joe’s coconut milk chocolate ice cream on the side. surprisingly good combo. hungry?
