FREEZE NOW, USE LATER
i always have leftover coconut milk whenever i open a can for a recipe. my solution for it? freeze it! place unused milk in an ice cube tray and freeze. then place in a ziploc baggie and use next time u need to make a curry or a smoothie.
i think i heard Martha Stewart’s voice in my head and remembered she does this with extra coffee. she’s a genius.
