PROOF Bakery in Atwater Village is my little neighborhood bakery. Inside you will find very nice espresso drinks from Cognoscenti Coffee, beautiful pastries they baked fresh daily, even a vegan tea cake, along with DELICIOUS sandwiches ( choices change daily and they always have a veggie and/or vegan sand). The best so far has been roasted garlic spread, cauliflower and kale. it sounds simple but it is SO good! They make everything there and are such a lil gem in the hood. A great meeting place for friends, quick spot for lunch, and walkable from my place. BONUS!
